Profit Insights, an Interactive Dashboard, Merge Duplicate Accounts & a Zapier Connection (beta)

Profit Insights (Reports → Profit Insights, or Income & Expenses Insights on personal workspaces) gives you profitability over time — pick a range, toggle accrual or cash, and compare to last year with a dashed year-over-year line, all under a Revenue/Expenses/Profit KPI header with clickable month bars. The Command Center dashboard is now interactive: open an invoice or bill in a preview drawer, click the Cash chart to reach your bank accounts, or click a Profit bar to drill in. Merge duplicate accounts in your Chart of Accounts (great after a Wave import), submit-and-approve your own reimbursements in one step, and connect to thousands of apps with the new Zapier integration (beta — reach out for early access). Plus sticky General Ledger column headers, keyboard-friendly dashboard charts, and fractional quantities on taxed lines.

Contacts With Multiple Emails & Auto-CC, One Payment Across Many Documents & Reimbursement Groups

Contacts can now hold multiple email addresses — a second person or a group inbox like invoices@acme.com — each with a "CC by default" option that pre-fills the CC line when you send an invoice. Record one payment across many documents: select several invoices or bills and settle them together by matching a bank line, paying from a GL account, or marking the payment expected-later. Reimbursement groups bundle an employee's expenses into trip or project packets you can submit or approve all at once, with each expense still posting its own journal entry. Reclassify a misfiled Inbox upload in one click, skip accounts you don't want during a Wave import (with COGS sub-accounts nesting correctly), and the assistant double-checks a document for edits before executing what you approved.

See Where Every Dollar of a Deposit Went, a Sharper Command Center & Merge Duplicate Expenses

When a single bank deposit both pays an invoice and covers a fee, the payment detail now names each piece — so a $5,000.00 deposit that settles a $4,750.00 invoice and a $250.00 wire fee shows the fee as its own line and foots exactly to the bank amount. Merge duplicate expenses when the same purchase arrives from both your bank feed and a scanned receipt. The Command Center dashboard gains a per-account cash breakdown, currency symbols and readable dates in charts, a drag-and-drop receipt zone, and receivables/payables headlines. The assistant's approval cards now show the resolved document — number, contact, amount, and status change — before you post, and it can create a vendor and invoice them in a single step. Mobile (private beta) picks up Apple's native iOS 26 tab bar with the new Liquid Glass look.
