Books Health Tabs, Faster Single-Currency Reports & Smarter Opening Balances

Books Health is now organized into Categories, Vendors, Credits, and Payments tabs, each with a badge count — and the new Credits tab surfaces credit notes and overpayments with no invoice to apply against before they pile up. The Payments table is cleaner, single-currency workspaces get noticeably faster reports (they skip foreign-exchange scans entirely), opening-balance proposals for Plaid-connected accounts cross-check against a real balance snapshot, and interrupted Wave imports resume on their own.

Trade Names on Estimates, Sharper Statement Verification & Reports on Mobile

Estimates now support the same "Bill as" trade name as invoices, with the legal-entity disclosure carried through automatically when you convert to an invoice. Bank-statement verification recognizes the same transaction even when the statement and feed describe it differently, so you get fewer false mismatches. Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports arrive on mobile (private beta), sharing the web app's calculation logic, and the assistant answers "can Balances do X?" more accurately while protecting matched payment links.
